New Patients Welcome

We are always happy to welcome new patients to our family dental clinic. Bring your whole family along – we can see up to eight family members simultaneously for a routine cleaning, so you can be up and on your way quickly. And just as convenient, we offer all the dentistry services you might need, except orthodontics.

Even if you are just visiting the area, we’d be pleased to see you. Simply call our office to set up an appointment that suits you. We also offer same-day appointments for those with dental emergencies – why suffer in pain when you don’t have to?

We appreciate all your referrals to friends, family and co-workers, so thank you for passing our name along.

Prior To Your First Visit

You may wish to gather up your dental insurance information and bring it with you on your first visit so that we can set up direct billing with your insurance company right away. We do electronic billing, when available from your insurance company, so payment is promptly received.

To speed things up at your first appointment, you may also want to fill out our required forms at home before you come – entirely up to you!

We appreciate your cooperation in filling them out carefully so we have accurate records.

Payment Arrangements

Convenient payment options and direct billing with your insurance company

To keep payment as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, debit and major credit cards. We ask that payment be made at the time of your dental treatment.

If you have dental coverage, we will work with you and your insurance company to help you receive the maximum benefits available under your policy. For us to bill your insurance company, please make sure your insurance information is always current.

As a valued patient, we kindly ask that you sign the Financial And Insurance Agreement.

Out Of Town Guests

If you’re in town visiting friends and family, or if you’re here on business, we’d be happy to take care of your dental needs. We understand that you may be under time constraints, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please give us a call to set up an appointment.

There are three easy ways to earn rewards points:

1. Come in for your regular check-up the same month you are due to come in
2. Don’t cancel your appointment
3. Be on time for your appointment

It’s as easy as 1-2-3. For every item that you satisfy, you will earn a rewards point that can be put towards various gifts available at the office including toys, movie passes, Tim Hortons gift cards, golf shirts and more.
